TERMS AND CONDITION for New Admission of class XI-
1. Only Girl students will be eligible for admission to Class-XI.
2. Admission Test will be conducted as per following pattern. Date & Time for conducting Admission Test will be communicated through SMS 

    (Admission Test is not applicable for existing CJM Students)

(a) Science (Medical)                - Entrance test in Science & English based on Class X syllabus
(b) Science (Non- Medical)     - Entrance test in Science, Maths & English based on Class X syllabus.
(C) Commerce                              - Entrance test in Maths & English based on Class  X syllabus.      
(d)  Humanities                             - Entrance Test in Maths & English based on Class X syllabus.
3. Online registration fee Rs. 1000/- (Non-Refundable).
4. Subject Combination according to Stream-

Stream 1. Science (Medical): 
Main Subject- English Core, Physics, Chemistry, Biology
Optional Subjects - Informatics Practices / Painting / Physical Education / Psychology / Artificial Intelligence

Stream 2. Science (Non-Medical): 
Main Subject- English Core, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics
Optional Subjects - Informatics Practices/ Painting / Physical Education / Psychology/Artificial Intelligence

Stream 3. Commerce :   
Main Subject- English Core,  Accountancy,  Business Studies
Optional Subjects – Mathematics / Psychology / Artificial Intelligence / Economics / Informatics Practices / Painting / Legal Studies / Physical Education

Stream 4. Humanities :  
Main Subject- English Core, Economics, Political Science
Optional Subjects - Mathematics / Psychology/Artificial Intelligence / Informatics Practices / Painting / Legal Studies / Physical Education

5. After filling the Registration form, the username and password will be shared on the respective email ID's. 

     Parents must download the mobile app- CJM Ambala Parent, log into it and use the provided credentials to access, download and submit the admission form 

     and the required documents.

6. The completed form should be submitted to the school office with following documents:-
     (a) Copy of Pre-Board Report Card of class X.
      (b) Provisional TC/Certificate from the school stating that you are a regular student of the school in which you are studying.
      (c) Photostat copy of Aadhar Card of the child.
      (d)  Medical Fitness Certificate of the child obtained from the Registered Medical practitioner. (Not Applicable for existing CJM candidates)
7. Completed form will be accepted in the school office (Timing - 09.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m.)
    Last Date for Submitting the form in the Office is 26th March 2026
8. The Principal reserves the right to shortlist candidates from all applicants and invite them, along with their parents, for verification of documents. The Principal’s decision shall be final.
9. Result of the Admission test, timing for verification of documents & meeting the parents will be communicated through SMS on your mobile.
10. Parents are strongly urged to try other schools as the number of seats in Convent of Jesus and Mary are limited.
11. Any attempt to use friends or influential people in procuring recommendations for admission will lead to disqualification.
12. Parents are warned that they may be approached for a “Donation” or a “Professional Fee” to guarantee admission for their child. Please do not approach or   deal with such person. No donations are accepted and Admissions are solely in the hands of the School Management.
13. Please do not request a meeting with the Principal or any Staff member to clarify issues or any questions regarding the Admission Process. Great efforts have been taken to provide all the necessary information in the Performa.
14. Name of the child, Father’s name, Mother’s name, Date of Birth etc should be entered correctly.  Date of Birth once entered in the school records will not be changed under any circumstances.
