TERMS AND CONDITION for New Admission of class LKG (2027-28):-

1. Only girls born between 01 April 2022 and 31 March 2023 (4 to 5 Years) are eligible for admission to Lower Kindergarten.

2. Registration fee Rs. 1000/- only (non-refundable). In Online Application Form two images are required i.e. one Student image and one Parent image (Combined image of Father & Mother) to Submit the form online.

3. Parents need to fill billing details like number and email id in the payment section to get login credentials for further documentation process.

4. Parent are requested to download the app name- CJM AMBALA PARENT from the play store / App store for further communication from the school office and to download the registration form copy (Filled).

5. After filling the Registration Form, take a print out of the Form and submit the same (Within Two days)  to the School office with the following documents :-

    a) Downloaded Registration Form.

    b) Acknowledgement Slip.

    c) Photostat copy of BIRTH CERTIFICATE (Attested by Gazetted Officer).

    d) Postcard size color photo of child latest with the parents.

    e) Photostat copy of Aadhar Card of Parents (Self Attested).

    f) Photostat copy of Family ID of Parents.

    g) Photostat copy of Aadhar Card of the child. (Child Name must be mentioned on Aadhar card)

    h) Christian parents are requested to submit Baptism Certificate of your child and a letter from the Parish Priest that you are a regular member of the Parish .

    i) Ex-CJMites are required to submit a Copy of Mark Sheet / Pass Certificate of Class X  & XII as proof.

    j)  Medical Fitness Certificate of the child obtained from a Registered Medical practitioner.

6. Registration Form and the documents will be accepted in the school office from 18 Sept 2026 to 21 Oct 2026 (Timing 08:30 AM to 12:30 PM). No form will be accepted thereafter.

7. Principal reserves the right to select from all potential applicants the candidates and their parents to be met for verification of documents. Principal’s decision will be final.

8. Timings for verification of documents & meeting parents will be communicated through Mobile App .

9. Parents are strongly urged to try other schools as the number of seats in Convent of Jesus and Mary are limited.

10. Any attempt to use friends or influential people in procuring recommendations for admission will lead to disqualification.

11. Parents are warned that they may be approached for a “Donation” or a “Professional Fee” to guarantee admission for their child. Please do not approach or deal with such person. No donations are accepted and Admissions are solely in the hands of the School Management.

12. Please do not request a meeting with the Principal or any Staff member to clarify issues or any questions regarding the Admission Process. Great efforts have been taken to provide all the necessary information in the Performa.

13. Enter name, father name, mother name, date of birth etc. in correct format as per  documents  attached. Date of birth once entered in the school record will not be changed under any circumstances.
